Comment

Bond yields appear to be establishing a rising trend, and stocks are so far proving resilient.  I lost this position on stop on Friday, and wanted to get it back on ahead of the auctions on Tuesday. Recent auctions have not performed as well as expected.  The higher yield should attract more demand, but there is likely to be increasing concern over late-cycle fiscal expansion and the inflation pressures developing.

Positions

Long half unit COINXBE at 353.0

Short half unit TYH8 at 120-11; s/l 120-26+
